Welcome to the YWCA Genesee Donations Page

The YWCA of Genesee County provides programming in four main areas: Racial and Social Justice, Women’s Economic Empowerment, Before and Afterschool Child Care, and Domestic Violence. We serve women and children in crisis or transition from a domestic violence situation; parents needing child care; workforce development for women; drop in child care for family court litigants; community outreach and education on social justice and advocacy issues.

Our offerings serve all socioeconomic, ethnic and racial populations. Problems resulting from employment, lack of education and training, abuse and violence, and general societal changes are not reserved for any particular target population. Establishing work and family balance are challenges that face all women today.

Providing this level of support to the community is no small task, but we gladly do it every day to help the women and children we serve. Will you be able to help us?

You can help the YWCA reach out to the community in several ways:
